(a) Payments due Folks with asterisks next to their names in a recent email from Mr. Rhodes need to arrange or complete payments please.
(b) Departure - Plan is to depart Friday afternoon from the Church. Exact times TBD, Stay tuned for details.
(c) Return - They'll kick us out of there around 10 am, so figure probably 1pm Sunday at Tedeschi's. We do not plan to stop for lunch.
(d) Preparation - It will probably be cold at night, but this is car camping so there's no reason not to have warm clothing and sleeping gear.
(e) Food - Everyone should plan to bring a bag lunch for Friday dinner, and maybe snacks for the day. Scouts will prepare Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast.
(f) misc - there will be a trading shop there with hats, bottles, T shirts, etc. Some Scouts might want to bring a little spending money.
