Troop 42 - Mt. Washington Campout

Hi Everyone,

 

I need the final head count for the outing this weekend. Please let me know if the following Scouts are or are not attending, as presently we only have two drivers, and limited space, so we don’t need any surprises on Saturday morning. Additionally, the Scouts have made arrangements for food and equipment, therefore, I need confirmation, so that no one gets left out in the cold.

 

The following Scouts need to confirm if they are or are not attending;

2.)    Ben Jennings

3.)    Alex Jin

4.)    Josh Segill

5.)    Michael Brown

6.)    Zachary Goveia

7.)    Jonathan Berry

8.)    Brendan Lynch

9.)    James Sullivan

10.) Andre Cuilla

 

If there are any Scouts not on the list but plan on attending, I need to know that as well, so that we can make proper arrangements.



All medical forms for Scouts attending need to be turned in by Saturday as well, or the Scout will not be able to attend. We only need Parts “A” and “C” to attend. The following Scouts still owe medical forms;

See everyone Saturday morning between 7:30 and 8:00, Troop will be leaving by 8:00. Breakfast is optional, as we are likely to stop on the way out, but Scouts should have made arrangements for lunch, dinner and breakfast on Sunday. Hopefully we will be back in Easton, on Sunday around 2:00 or, but will keep everyone informed of our return progress, once we get on the road Sunday.
