A few reminders and announcements;
1.)Monday night’s meeting will be held at Frothingham Park. Please note earlier start time at 6:45 PM, with pick up at the park no later than 8:15. Scouts should wear Class “B” shirts, as this will be a sporting night.
2.)All Scouts that are attending the Memorial Day Weekend trip will need their parents to sign off on the canoe race registration which I will be sending in next week, so please have your parents see Mr. Jennings on Monday night. The following Scouts have signed up to go;

I need any adults that are going to let me know, so that I can make all the final transportation arrangements.
On Sunday, May 15th at 2:30 we are planning a “practice” at Long Pond with the canoes, so I will need everyone to assist in getting the canoes and PFD’s to Long Pond.
3.)Gettysburg deposits of $50.00 are due, so that we can finalize the bus arangements.
4.)Summer Camp medical forms and payments are now due, as everything needs to be turned in by June 1st. So please try and get everything into me by May 23rd.
